Introducing our all-new Fairy makeover photoshoot
Here at Pop! Studios, we specialise in providing themed photoshoots to delight children of all ages.
We believe that every child should experience the magic and wonder of fairyland, which is why we take inspiration from classical paintings to create a magical yet natural feel for
our portraits.
Why we have created this all-new fairy photoshoot
As one of the leading portrait studios in the Midlands, known for our truly immersive themed photoshoot experiences, we are always striving to offer experiences that will
bring a sparkle to your children’s eyes.
Over the years our Fairy and Unicorn sessions have been hugely popular, and yet we still have so many fairy photoshoot ideas that we have yet to put into practice.
So, at the start of the year, when we were considering which new sessions to add to our repertoire, it made sense to test out a new portrait session with a fairy theme.
This fairy photoshoot is unlike anything we have ever done before though. Our woodland set is fully immersive (it’s real – no green screens!), and it is big and inviting - perfect
for your child to wander around and with plenty of space to get into character.
It’s extra special too since we’ve also added a pampering makeover to make it all the more magical for your little prince or princess! We also include a few little extra surprises that we are confident your fairy-loving child will adore!
A new Limited Edition photoshoot for all fairy lovers
Due to the complexity of creating this all-new immersive fairy woodland-themed set, it takes considerable time to set up. Because of this, these fairy makeover sessions will only be available at selected times of the year and places will be strictly limited.
So, if you have a fairy-loving child who would adore the opportunity to dress up, be thoroughly pampered and explore our magical fairy woodland set, then be sure to secure

Who are the fairy photoshoots for?
As a guide, we suggest that these makeover fairy portrait sessions are ideal for children aged 3 –16 years. That’s because the full pamper experience - which includes hair, makeup and nails - is only suitable for children aged 3 years and up.
We have a lovely woodland theme for boys and a gorgeous ethereal fairy set for girls.
Fairy Photography: What’s included?
When you book your fairy photoshoot with us, your child will get to enjoy:
- A private photoshoot experience plus a mini pamper session
After a warm welcome to our studio, girls can have their hair styled, nails polished and glitter eyeshadow applied (subject to parental consent). Boys can also be styled according to your preferences.
- A 1-hour long theatrical photoshoot experience
Our resident photographer – who has photographed thousands of young children - will capture their sheer joy as they seek out the hidden fairies among our immersive woodland set, while dressed in a beautiful fairy-themed outfit.
- A special gift to take home!
Your child will also get to take home a little surprise gift, and will be able to continue the fun long after the photoshoot.
- Professional editing of your child’s portraits
After the photoshoot, our skilled team will apply a little expert magic and put the finishing touches to your child’s portraits. A full gallery will be created for you to choose from.
- A private cinematic viewing
You’ll return for a 1-hour private cinematic viewing of your fairy portraits. (You’ll be invited to return to the studio approximately 1-2 weeks after the session)
- Extra treats!
Your son or daughter will also receive a photo mug and 2 x photo keyrings featuring your favourite image from the shoot (both keyrings will feature the same image). Ask us about sibling photoshoots.
Fantastical fairy costumes for girls and boys
As with all our themed portrait sessions, costumes and photoshoot outfits are included.
You’ll be able to choose from a wide selection of colourful costumes, available in various sizes.
Alternatively, if you have a preferred fairy costume of your own then, of course, you can bring that along.
Where will the fairy makeover photoshoot take place?
This new Limited Edition fairy photo shoot is available at our studio in Darley Abbey, Derbyshire, where we have our fully immersive fairy woodland set.
You will return to the same studio for your viewing appointment.
Creative ways to display your fairy portraits
At Pop! Studios, we create fairy art photography with the intention of your portraits being printed and displayed around your home, for you to enjoy every day.
A large range of beautifully finished products can be purchased after your session. Our prints start from £65.
